Phenomenally watchable TV sci-fi about the human race fighting for survival in the face of a revolt from their cyborg creations, the Cylons. The plot is straight out of a B-movie, but the cast take to the story with gusto, playing out their roles with a delicate balance of tongue-in-cheek soap opera savvy and earnest last-action-hero gravitas.
