Bit of a hybrid, this one. An unlikely trio consisting of a young girl, a broody tranvestite and a middle aged hobo, all homeless, wander the neon streets of Tokyo. One day on a routine bin-foraging session, they find an abandoned baby. The transvestite sees this as an opportunity to encourage his 'motherly' side, and convinces the others to foster it.
