A totally seductive knockabout movie with Robert Mitchum 'Duke' and Jane Greer 'Chiquita Graham' in fine form. Duke has to catch the culprit for a payroll heist to prove his own innocence and shake off a pursuing army officer, a chase that takes him to Mexico, where he meets Chiquita, who is independently after the same con-man, and here they find action, adventure and romance.
