Somewhat derisively known as 'Lust In The Dust' this film is shot in beautiful scenery and tells the story of two brothers, Cain and Abel, fighting over a steamy half-breed sexpot while their father broods over his crumbling empire. The climatic shoot-out has an absurdist magnificance that defies criticism.

The Arizona desert; a vengeful ex-sheriff is hunting down the 7 bank robbers responsible for his wife's death. After killing 2 of them he comes across a lone settlers' wagon driven by a pair of greenhorns crossing dangerous territory on their way to California. After agreeing to escort them they are joined by a dodgy pair of ne'r-do-wells as they ride toward Flora Vista and showdown time.
A top notch, terse, witty and inventive B movie Western.
