A young lad is inadvertently responsible for unleashing a dormant brood of dragons from the depths of London and said scaley ones set about decimating the world as we know it, in particular us. Moving on twenty years and the boy is now leader of a small rag tag community, doomed to a life of fear until a mad American in a tank arrives to give them some backbone.
