Set in medieval times; a king regularly sacrifices virgins to a dragon to prevent it from laying waste to his kingdom. An old wizard and his apprentice volunteer to kill the dragon and attempt to save the next virgin in line - the King's own daughter.
This film remains one of the best magic-and-monster fantasy films on the market, it has its rough patches - the special effects aren't up to modern standards - but 'Dragonslayer' is a fun and gripping tale. find out more...
