Starting out in the 70s we see Protestant bad boy, Little, flaunting his manhood by murdering a Catholic in front of the victim's kid brother, Joe. Flash forward to the current day and we see a TV show attempting to arrange a filmed meeting between the now smooth and reformed, media savvy Little and the hate filled, neurotic Joe.
